Zebra Stripes

Personalizing your bike really helps it stand out in a crowd. It's good to catch them when they are flying solo so you can get a better pic. Is that lock around the seat just meant to hold the bag on? It's one of the few bikes not sporting a (usually horse shoe shaped) wheel lock. Most of mine being the others. Unless it's hidden under the bag, but I don't think so.
